The form used in the business or organization to order goods required through purchasing department in organization or business.
for example – If I am a office assistant and if my office requires print papers, some sticky notes and pens, I will fill out the stock requisition form and submit to purchasing department office and they will buy the stocks based on the quantities requirement filled out in the form.
This might not be the case for all offices. For small office like the one I work, our office assistant goes shopping by himself for required stocks, because we dont have a separate purchasing department.
