legalities of Terms of Business on a website

I am setting up a Full and Final process within a money management company, I wanted to be able to refer people to our website to read TOB

My apologies, but I’m not sure what you’re question is…but you should definitely put your Terms of Business on your site. I see them basically as a disclaimer.

Thanks for your reply, sorry I wasn’t clearer with my question, I think I just wanted to know if we didnt have a signed TOB from a customer would it suffice that there is one on the website, as long as I have referred them to it

If money has changed hands, I would get a signed copy to cover yourself legally, or at least forward the party a copy. That way if there is any sort of dispute down the line you’ve covered your end. If the site is a simple blog or something similar, I’d guess the TOB as it is fine.
