I was asked to provide my address in company letter pad as my address in ration card was incorrect. Is it okay to get sign from accounts manager?

No HR and higher authorities were present in the company at the needy time. So I asked my accounts manager to sign in the letter. Is it correct or it will create any problem for accounts manager?

If the card is personally applied by you, Company Letter Head is not needed.
If this is a sponsored card by your Company, all the signatories should be in accordance with the specimen signatures given to the bank by your company.
Otherwise, there is a possibility of rejection.
Best way is to contact the bank & ask them.

Do you plan to submit this(company letter head) as proof to show that you live in a different address and get it corrected in the ration card?

I think you can try to get it the company letter and get it attested(govt. staff) from someone who can do it. Its like how you get attestation for your certificates. OR

I guess you can just show some other proof like telephone bill(BNSL), passport / any other govt related docs to prove it. Hope this helps.

no, the accounts manager is not authorized person for your personal matters, you should bring the documents from your new place of address , ie, ration card, electricity bill , telephone bill, gas connection bill, or nativity certificate from village office, etc..,
