    The term industrial relations can be seen here. In a more broad sense, it is the contact between industrial companies and their employers, as well as government and non profit entities that serve to protect the rights of employers/employees, such as unions or trade organizations.

    In its simplest form, industrial relations concern all aspects of employment relations. It deals with everything that affects the relationship between workers and employers right from the time the employee join the work organization until he leaves the job.
