Parasites is a harsh way to perceive the middleman. It can be better for a firm to outsource their target marketing needs (research, focus group) to gain data on demographics to use for a marketing campaign. It falls in line with Warren Buffett’s suggestions to stay within your core competencies. But if the firm feels they can do a better job conducting research than a firm that specializes in such things, then yes, maybe they are “parasites.” There are also a lot of marketing scams out there, as well, especially on the internet. Those would definitely be parasites, or some other derogatory term.

Actually, Middleman neither make nor sell anything but they act as a vital role in marketing (may also in target marketing) to introduce both customer & consumer with new products & services. Its also applicable for new consumer who can get information as well get feature of goods from middleman. They engage marketing forwarding activities where product, good & services are highlighted by middleman. They are self dependent in this sense they can cope up any marketing situation, highlight any unknown company’s or organization. So middleman may not parasites their existed own individuality.
