corporate banking

I am the bookeeper for a corp with only one officer and signature person I make all the deposits write all the checks keep all the books etc, my question the bank who gives everyone a deposit slip with the balance on it does not feel it is appropriate to give it to me I was led to believe that corp accounts have different rules than personal accounts  is there a rule about this

    I am in the same position as you. When I make a deposit, the teller only gives me a deposit receipt (which doesn’t include the balance information). I believe that the account owner must add you to the list of approved person for the bank account for you to access that information.
