Human behavior are the actions and attittudes that one has to others and to his own, basically it is his character, yet organizational behavior is now the collective behavior which is in a form of a culture/ a system.

Human behavior and organizational behavior are interrelated in that both work hand in hand and cannot avoid each other; while human behavior is an individual’s character, organizational behavior can be said to mean human behavior at work place.
