    Consumers’ saticfaction starts with a good and accurate study of the nature of Consumers needs, therefore we can create goods and services according to Consumers criteria as well. Of course these goods will be useful for them since they meet their needs! This is what we call “Consumer Satisfaction”

    Of course this Satisfaction is never complete, but Consumers do opt for Goods which meet their needs and budget, too!
    Companies try ,their side, to produce more with less cost, without neglecting measures oconsumer satisfaction! But sometimes, companies do forget about it and then find themselves facing a very passive Consumer. which means fewer sales, less turnover, and a minim share of the market if they can hold out.!

    Customers Satisfaction means

    The optimum satisfaction received against the expectation fixed by a customer before purchasing the said products, services etc. while releasing the limited resource what the customer has………………

    First of all we should find the most popular personality like Actor,Footballer any celebrity ..
    because people have not thier requirement they just follow da celebrity wht the wear what they eat …
    lets suppose if Christiano Ronaldo the great footballer likes Adidas product so every one dont see da product they just see who’s like this prodct as we know christiano Ronaldo has a millions fan …

      I definetly do agree with you, but don’t forget that ADIDAS is a well-known brand, even before Christiano RONALDO has become a Football Star…
      Actually, this is kind of Marketing, because ADIDAS has always been one of the best sports wear sellers, and all they do is try to attract more customers by using Christiano’s celebrity image.

      And what you’ve said about customers that don’t care about their own requierement, I’d rather say that they only find an extra reason to buy some ADIDAS sneakers for example, maybe because Ronaldo has the same ones as you said but to wear them, too not to let them packed in a cupboard.

      Let’s see this from another side : businesses today are seeking to create needs –as useless as they may appear– but they are pretty sure that these needs will entice customers to buy more…

    I think Customer Satisfaction starts with his/her Requirement or Need to buy any product, then the resources also play a very important role here.Always a Customer would like to get his wants at a low cost. Then after using that particular product/Service, he should feel completely Satisfied. The purpose of buying the product/service should be fulfilled and the immediate thought in his /her mind should be…”I should definitely Go for this Product here after”.
