hello Mr.Roy, I had taken up a subject name information systems for SME’s(small and medium enterprises ) in my Masters program back in my University. Small businesses are generally said to be very different compared to big organizations because they focus on certain customers and have less market share.

Answering your question, I would like to say that with the help and recommendation from your expertise you might clearly get the exact insight of your business(exact business goal to be achieved, improvements to made in current business processes, contacting good consultants who is know to one of your expertise…..) and further you can work on it to be competitive in the market.
