It’s a distinction of shared values by people and groups, in which, an organization controls the way they interact with each other, internally and externally. Since every organization is different based on industry, the values that determines how the company runs or should be runned is set on the culture based on attitude, beliefs and experience. Or, simply put it’s each organization’ attempt to be unique, in every context of the word.
