if we want to buy an sick business unit then how can we change the company name

I would like to suggest following points for this question:
1. Thoroughly Renovation of that company.
2. There should be better human resources management.
3. Think a attractive name of that company at your creative mind, you can take suggestions from your family members and friends.
4. You should go to Company Registar’s office. You should file a application , if the ffice will be satisfied you will get your choosen name of your company.
5.By the Good name of your company you should earn intangible asset, that is its goodwill. Best of your luck!
