    Customers actually do not know what is their need, wants and motivations; because it may be changed with in a fraction of second.However, every customer will prefer to acquire high quality of a goods in a lowest possible cost(price). Each customer should be appropriatly treated by the business concerns and its staff members and they should not be cheated by them. The perpectual successnes of any business firm of organization is interdependence and interrelated with the excess of income over its expenditure, which “Income” is gained from his honorable customers. In such a situation, the businessman should not forget such a valuable relation with the customers, if possible customer should be dealt like their god, who is looking seller’s welfare . Businessmen should also think of tomarrow also, if he/she hurt directly or indirectly to their customer today, the business may be colapsed in potential days. Busunessmen should make their view as “customer are always superior and they are always right”.If it is so, customer will be automatically motivated .
