How can I purchase Type “B” shares of Dividend Paying Stocks

I would like to purchase Type “B” shares of Dividend Paying Stocks but don’t know how to go about purchasing them. Do I go through a discount broker or can I buy them directly from a company that offers them. I would appreciate any information you have.
