I went to pay for my groceries at dillions

they handed my check back saying it wasnt excepting it and she said it said return no third party checks i only have a personal checking account so what does this mean

Hi Carrie: Clarification is needed. Who initiated the signatory checks? Have you used this method to pay for other items/services? Why use signatory checks when you have your own account? Is your name on the signatory checks? Did you make the check(s) payable to Dillions or its financial institution?

  i dont have signatorory checks it was a check from my personal account that is what im not understanding
