how can a person contribute to a company’s core corporate value “Ruthless Discipline”?

Depending on the size of the company and who the person is, one person may not be able to influence company’s values or culture all that much.

But to cultivate that value of “Ruthless Discipline” you would need (1) constant communications through your chain of command explaining what “Ruthless Discipline” means and how they should be conducting themselves in various situations, (2) make sure that it’s not just words and that people actually follow through with actions.
