what is the difference between events management and public relations

    An event is a one time function such as a seminar, a promotional unveiling of a new product and such usually put on by a business, an event manager takes care of all the planning ordering and organization of that one time process. Public relations is how the company or business relates to society around it to help increase its popularity with its clients. An example of public relations would be like a company donating to the little league baseball group in the community where it is based.
