2 sample T test
Definition
A method for testing the null hypothesis in a statistical experiment. A 2 sample T test may be paired, in which case the tested sample consists of matched pairs of data points in order to reduce noise, or unpaired, in which case the experiment compares two separate samples from the two populations being tested.
