Associate in Claims (AIC)
Definition
An advanced training and certification program for insurance claims professionals, offered by the Insurance Institute of America (IIA), enabling them to handle multiple types of claims. An Associate in Claims will be capable of handling bodily injury claims, property loss adjustments, and liability claim practices.
