CBI realized sales
Definition
A gauge of early retail sales in the United Kingdom for the month. Established in 1983 by the Confederation of British Industry, it is premised on Distributive Trades Surveys, given to retailers. A CBI sales figure is the difference between the number of retailers with increases and decreases in sales.
