Subsidiary of the National Broadcasting Company (NBC) that provides business and financial news. CNBC was established in 1989 after NBC and Cablevision agreed on a deal to operate the network. Some of CNBC’s most well-know personalities include Jim Cramer and Sue Herera. CNBC uses numerous methods to deliver news to its viewers including television, radio, wireless and online sources.
