Definition
An individual certified to audit information systems, subsidized by the Information Systems Audit and Control Association. Those certified pass an exam that covers: Application Systems Controls, Data Integrity Review, Systems Development Life, Application Development Review, Maintenance Review, General Operational Procedures, Security Review, Systems Software Review, Acquisition Review, Data Processing Resource Management Review, and Information Systems Audit.
