Chapter 15
Definition
Part of Title 11 in the US bankruptcy code and part of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 based on the UN's Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency promulgated. This law creates cooperation in international bankruptcies between US and foreign courts, protect assets and save companies.
