DMAIC control phase
Definition
The fifth and final phase in the five-phase program, including Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control, that characterizes a Six Sigma implementation. The control phase includes implementing plans created in earlier phases of the Six Sigma process, and putting policies and procedures in place to ensure ongoing compliance and measure process improvement resulting from the implementation.
