DMAIC measure phase

The measure phase of a Design, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC) project, which involves the identification of performance metrics for the components of a process and for the quality of the end result. The measurements taken during the Measure phase are analyzed to determine potential process improvements.
