EOM dating
Definition
A payment arrangement, often used by the pharmaceutical industry, whereby all purchases through the 25th day of a month are due 30 days after the last day of the following month. For example, all purchases made between August 1st and August 25th are payable on October 30th. EOM stands for “end of month.”
