Extreme Vertex Designs
Definition
A type of mixture design, or experimental design used to optimize processes involving mixtures used when constraints on the mixture do not create a triangular region for plotting the design space. Mixture designs differ from other design structures in that the total percentage of ingredients must add up to one hundred percent.
