Forrester Research Customer Experience Index (CxPI)

Definition

An indicator of consumer sentiment regarding experience with companies. The index is based on responses to a survey of approximately 5,000 customers. Respondents are asked about three concentration areas - meeting needs, experience enjoyability and ease of interaction.
