Group of Twenty (G-20)

Definition

An international forum of finance ministers and central bank governors from the twenty most economically developed countries that convene annually to discuss the critical issues affecting the global economy. The G-20 was expanded from the original G-7 group of countries in an effort to encompass the economic concerns of the emerging-market countries.
