Gwilliam Motivational Model

Definition

A motivational methodology that postulates that employees are driven to succeed more by primal urges than by conscious loyalty to an employer. The Gwilliam Motivational Model recommends "carrot and stick" motivational methods that stress rewards and punishments based on Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs and other psychological behavior models.
