Notable economist who developed the modern portfolio theory based on the assumption that every investor will only accept the largest expected return. His theory tries to mathematically examine risks and returns to provide investors with the most optimize portfolio choices. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Economic Sciences in 1990.
