Kano Analysis
Definition
Analysis of customer preferences relating to a product or service based on the Kano model, developed by Professor Noriaki Kano. Kano analysis involves determining what features a product should have based on customer needs and desires that have been classified as attractive, one-dimensional, indifferent, must-have, or reverse.
