Oparin bubble theory

Definition

A hypothesis about the origin of life proposed by Russian scientist Aleksandr Oparin in 1924. Oparin postulated that all life originated spontaneously from inanimate materials, such as methane, water vapor, and hydrogen. Also called abiogenesis theory.
