Shared National Credit Program
Definition
A program which aims to provide an efficient and consistent review and classification of a large syndicated loan. A shared loan or a loan commitment of at least $20 million is covered by the program and the review is conducted annually. The program was established by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
