Definition
The person responsible for managing the execution of a lean six sigma business process, primarily focused on reducing the number of non-value added steps within a given process. The Six Sigma leader is usually tasked with coordinating all activities and apprising everyone within the process of all progress made, thereby ensuring the optimal outcome.
