back of the napkin business model
Definition
Basic ideas and components of a business plan without all of the corresponding details. It's the "big picture" of the business or a quick outline, similar to what one might draw on the back of a napkin in a restaurant when meeting with associates to brainstorm ideas over lunch or dinner.
