burgernomics
Definition
A slang term first used in The Economist in 1986 to describe a theoretical exchange rate. It uses the purchasing power parity (PPP) of the Big Mac to compare the purchasing power between nations. Burgernomics compares rates and indicates if a currency is under-valued or over-valued.
