Receipt or notice sent to a buyer paying with cash to acknowledge the receipt of the order. Usually, cash acknowledgements are used as a sales tool and might invite the buyer to increase their order or may indicate that the order may be delayed or a need to substitute a product for inventory that is out-of-stock.
