Definition
Situated at the main location from which a company's business is overseen, usually referring to the company's headquarters. If the company does not have an office, the main location might refer to a location where the officers, directors, and shareholders meet regularly or where the majority shareholder/officer or principal officer carries out the dealings of the business.
