Definition

A method used by a Six Sigma Council to determine the complexity of a process improvement project under consideration, based on the availability of meaningful process data and the complexity of change management policies in the company. The complexity of matrix is used to determine whether a project is feasible, and whether probable gains in efficiency justify the estimated cost in time and resources.
