Definition
Assessment of the validity of an employee selection process test. CRV is assessed by a detailed examination of the actual constituent-materials (contents) of the test items, to establish their appropriateness for the test. For example, test of mathematical ability should not be critically dependent on the verbal ability of a test subject. See also criterion related validity.
