Definition
Slang phrase used to describe situations where corporate executives use tactics to underhandedly skim money that rightfully belongs to shareholders. The phrase became popular after Conrad Black, former CEO of Hollinger and his associates were accused of embezzling hundreds of millions of dollars from the company for personal use.
