dilemma
Definition
Forced choice between two (or more) courses of action which are equally disfavored or favored. For example, a choice between debt (which has to be paid back with interest and on schedule, but which generally does not affect owners' control of the business) and equity (which does not have to be paid back but may result in dilution or loss of control to outsiders). See also double bind.
