Definition
Rule that every member who participates (or is supposed to participate) in a decision making group is (1) equally responsible for the consequences of the decisions taken, (2) should fully support and abide by the group's decisions (whether or not he or she participated in the decision making process), otherwise (3) should resign from the group.
