1. Internet: Element of domain name system (DNS) which indicates the IP address of a computer or a website. All computers sharing a common part of an IP address are in the same domain. If DNS is represented as a tree, a domain would be a 'limb' that incorporates all 'branches' originating from it.
2. Networks: (1) Description of one or more computers or a sub-network (part of a larger network) used for naming purposes. (2) Group of computers monitored and managed as one unit with a common set of rules and procedures.
3. Statistics: Set of all possible values that an independent variable can take in a specific function.
