educational assistance program
Definition
An employer sponsored program for providing eligible employees with financial assistance up to $5,250 per year in the pursuit of undergraduate and graduate education. The coursework does not have to be job related and payments can be applied to expenses directly related to education including tuition, fees, books, supplies and equipment.
