en pension rate
Definition
European term for hotel room rate offered to guests who take all their meals at the hotel. In UK, for example, it would include morning tea or coffee, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or coffee, and dinner. This rate is typically confined to a reduced menu and does not include la carte dishes. Also called full board rate. See also American plan and half pension rate.
