exporter's sale price
Definition
US customs term for the price of foreign goods sold or likely to be sold in the US. Certain statutory adjustments (such as deduction of import duty, administrative and selling expenses incurred in the US, and freight) are made to this price to permit a comparison with the market value of same or similar goods in the importer's country in order to detect any attempted dumping.
