1. Broad term for corrugated or plain (solid) paperboard used in making containers.

2. Compressed building material (sold as panels or sheets) of plant or wood fibers, bonding agents, fillers, and other material added to increase its durability, rigidity, and strength, and to impart resistance to fire, insects, moisture, molds, etc. Also called insulation board.
