Definition
Type of business reply mail service where a firm's customers can send it mail without prepayment (without postage stamps) by writing the firm's name and/or a code number on the envelope. The firm pays a certain sum (price of required postage-stamp plus a fee) to the postal service company for each piece of mail received.
