guardian account
Definition
An account created to house the funds to be accessed by a court ordered guardian tasked with the management of the financial affairs of an incapacitated person. The account is established in the name of both the beneficiary and the guardian but the guardian may only access the account for specific expenditures related to the affairs of the beneficiary.
